Chuck Greenberg graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University) in 1987. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1988 and founded Triad Law Group in Edmonds, Washington in 1994. A former mechanical engineer, with his experience Mr. Greenberg can readily understand factual issues that frequently arise in construction disputes, as well as read specifications and construction plans.
Mr. Greenberg has presented seminars before municipalities and contractors on the topic of dispute prevention. At Triad Law Group, we prefer to begin resolving disputes through negotiation or mediation in order to best protect our clients' interests. When your best option is litigation, Attorney Greenberg is an effective trial lawyer.
We have handled construction and real estate disputes for homeowners, contractors, public agencies, insurance companies, government contractors, architects, engineering firms, sureties and others, and we have more recently represented homeowners that want to avoid foreclosure.
